My husband and I had the best experience selling our home with Rosanna Bieszczat at Life Realty, so much so that I have to share! I think choosing a realtor is hard. It seems like everybody knows somebody that sells homes, but who do you trust with all that is at stake? I initially went with history. I chose the realtor that I had worked with previously on building the home we now speak of. I met her years ago through mutual friends and placed a lot of faith in her based on how she talked about her history and knowledge of the market; she was tough and I likened her to my pitbull. I always thought that was a good thing, but looking back, I wonder if her tough demeanor turned both buyers and agents away. Sadly, after many (7) months, her only suggestion to me was to keep lowering the price. This, coupled with many let downs to include two buyer fallouts, and a visible lack of communication and drive, I was ready for a change and not sure who to turn to with time seemingly running out. So, I reached out to Rosanna. She has been our saving grace. Not only did she sell our home in a month, she also got full asking price!!! Higher even than any previous offer. She marketed the home in Vegas, in California, and on the East Coast because she knew where people in our price point were moving from. As we had already moved and the house was empty, she brought some of her own items for staging of all new photos. Her taste is impeccable!! She held multiple open houses, even over Easter weekend, with water, flowers and a list of upgrades available at a welcome table. She is classy and sophisticated and professional in the warmest way possible. And in the end, she found a couple who loves the home as much as we did and that just feels so good!

After previous attempts with potential buyers failed to gain traction for more than a year, Rosanna came in with a determination to get the place sold quickly, and she did exactly that. One of the best things about my experience was that it was so easy. The use of email, digital signing, and mobile notary helped to move things along at a smooth pace particularly since the property is in Las Vegas and I live in a different state. Also, the title company and the escrow person there who Rosanna worked with was equally helpful. Together, they were a great one-two punch!
